Antonis Sioulis
Innovator, effective communicator and entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience in business development and leadership, Antonis is passionate about everything that brings new challenges and creates business opportunities. Experienced in all aspects of business, he has founded or been part of numerous successful businesses and projects globally, whilst he has held many key leading roles in both the Public and Private sector in the UK.
Currently the Managing Director of the Food & Drink Marketing and Exports Agency RECO Exports Ltd, he has been running for years numerous successful projects for ICE, HKTDC, Organic Denmark, Organic Sweden, Wines of Crete, Wines of Central Greece, Wines of Attica as well as multiple Swedish, Spanish, Italian and US clients.
Demetri Walters MW
Demetri Walters MW is an independent wine consultant, wine educator and presenter, who formerly held both retail and trade-orientated positions in the wine trade. He possesses many years of experience selling wine, providing product training, running wine schools, as well as hosting professional, corporate & private wine tasting events to groups of all sizes, all over the world, hosts wine shows and documentaries on television, and is a seasoned international wine judge.
Demetri was made a Master of Wine in 2013, his thesis for which brought him back to his formative interest in Cypriot wine. He is a consultant voice for numerous wine regions, particularly those of Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean, and is a regular speaker on sweet and fortified wines.
Dave Murphy
Former Client Services Director for an international food and drinks communications agency and currently the UK Director of RECO Exports Ltd, Dave has ran various UK and European marketing and export programmes including Washington State Wines and The Distilled Spirits Council of the USA, Wines of Crete, Wines of Central Greece and Wines of Attica as well as numerous other Food & Drink projects for Swedish, Spanish, Italian and US clients. He has also led the beers, wines and spirits shopper marketing and insights team for the UK’s second largest grocer, Sainsbury’s, working hand in hand with their buying and category team, alongside top-tier suppliers such as Pernod Ricard, AB InBev, Bacardi, Brown Forman, Diageo, and Molson Coors, to launch NPD and grow the BWS category and profitability for Sainsbury’s and their suppliers.
